Dr. Cynthia Rapaido

Dr. Cynthia Rapaido is a veteran educator and leader with over 30 years of K–12 experience as a teacher, assistant principal, and principal in California. She holds an Ed.D. in International and Multicultural Education and an M.A. in Educational Administration from the University of San Francisco, and a B.S. in Biology from San Diego State University. Dr. Rapaido mentors future educators as a faculty lecturer, dissertation advisor, and leadership coach at UC Berkeley, USF, and CSU East Bay. Dr. Joe Sanfelippo, retired Superintendent of the Fall Creek School District in Wisconsin, is an educational leader and author. During his tenure, the Fall Creek School District was recognized as an Innovative District twice by the International Center for Leadership in Education. Joe authored multiple books, including best-sellers "Hacking Leadership" and "Lead From Where You Are." His New book, "1-Minute Walk to Work" is a must have. Dr. Josh Wilken

Dr. Josh Wilken is a seasoned educational leader with experience in teaching, school administration, and district leadership. He began his career as a K–6 English Learner teacher and high school coach in Bellevue, Nebraska, after graduating from the University of Nebraska–Kearney and student teaching in Houston, Texas.


Josh later served as principal of Karen Western Elementary in Ralston Public Schools and transitioned to district administration, leading Career and Technical Education and English Learner/Title III programs. Most recently, he has worked as a Consultant in the Professional Learning Department at ESU #3, supporting 18 school districts in the Omaha area.


Josh is passionate about empowering educators and promoting equity. He will soon transition from education to a new role as a financial advisor with Asset Strategies in Omaha, continuing his mission to serve others through financial guidance.

Dr. Rachel Edoho-Eket is a principal, author, public speaker, and the 2025 President of the Maryland Association of Elementary School Principals. With decades of experience in public education, she is known as a strong instructional leader, passionate advocate, and dedicated mentor. She leads a National Blue Ribbon School in Maryland and serves as an adjunct professor at McDaniel College, supporting the growth of aspiring and current leaders. Her work is grounded in building meaningful relationships and inspiring excellence in others. Dr. Edoho-Eket has served as a teacher, team leader, mentor, assistant principal, and principal. Her book, The Principal’s Journey: Navigating the Path to School Leadership, offers a practical guide for new leaders.
