Educational Leadership with Principal JL

Todd Bloomer is a veteran educator with 29 years of experience as a teacher, coach, assistant principal, and principal. Most recently, he served as the lead learner of a large public high school in San Antonio. Now retired from public education, Todd begins a new chapter as Director of School Leadership for the Archdiocese of San Antonio, where he mentors principals and shares hard-earned leadership lessons.

He is the author of The Blueprint, a practical guide for aspiring administrators, and a passionate speaker known for his “Bloomer Triangle of Success” philosophy. Todd is active in professional organizations like TASSP and Raise Your Hand Texas, and maintains a strong presence on social media to advocate for public education. He and his wife Sharon have five children and reside in downtown San Antonio.
