Shannon Seale
Mrs. Shannon Seale is entering her 21st year in education. She began her career teaching high school social studies and served as an AP Government and Politics exam reader in 2018. In 2019, she transitioned from the classroom to pursue administrative certification, stepping into school leadership shortly after. In 2023, she became interim Assistant Principal at Odem High School, then Assistant Principal at Odem Elementary and Intermediate Schools. By January 2024, she was named interim principal at Odem Elementary and officially took on the role that May. Shannon holds a B.A. in Political Science from Baylor University and an M.Ed. in Curriculum and Instruction from Sam Houston State University. She and her husband, Tony, have been married for 17 years and share their home with their 7-year-old German Shepherd, Dixie. Outside of school, Shannon serves as her church pianist and enjoys traveling, watching sports, reading, learning new things, and spending time outdoors.
