Dr. Jess Quinter
Dr. Jessica Quinter is the principal of Park Forest Elementary in the State College Area School District, leading more than 80 staff and 400 students. With 26 years of experience and serving as a principal since 2009, she joined SCASD in 2021 and co-leads the district’s MTSS Academic Leadership Team. She also contributes to district committees on ELA and progress reporting. Dr. Quinter holds an Ed.D. in Educational Leadership and Management from Drexel University. She serves as the NAESP Zone 2 Director, representing Pennsylvania, New York, and New Jersey in national advocacy and leadership efforts. A frequent state and national presenter, she shares expertise in MTSS–PBIS integration, federal funding advocacy, and data-driven instruction. She is also an active member of the Pennsylvania Principals Association and continues her passion for music by accompanying elementary choir and orchestra performances.
